Here's how much Apple One could save you and whether its bundled services make sense for your needs and current subscriptions. Seems that one has now moved completely to Apple One. My Apple News subscription still shows up but states it will be included in Apple One from 30th Nov.

Chase this week announced a series of new perks for its premium Sapphire Reserve credit card, and one of them is for a pair of Apple services. Specifically, the credit card now offers complimentary annual subscriptions to Apple TV+ and Apple Music, a value of up to $250 per year.

So if you paid for a year of Apple TV+, for example, it will be available until what you've paid for expires. Apple One can only be purchased on a monthly basis, so you'll have a month at most before access runs out.
