ford escape transmission recall - SMARTPHONE
My Ford truck’s automatic trans needed a complete rebuild job at 11 years. Did your Escape’s transmission fail b/c of a systematic problem with that particular design? I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape and have a "hoot" noise from a stopped take-off.

They have replaced the snake chain and a complete new transmission. The repaired transmission and the new transmission have made the same noise. Ford says that it's a normal noise for the 2010 Ford Escapes. What's the best recourse for this problem?

Alright, dudes. Im finally able to work on the damn Escape. But the damn filter is inside the deep parts of the transmission!!! 😭 ford! Why!!!
